Moving into 2023 and beyond, we are celebrating Llwybrau. Wales by Trails which will continue into 2024.

Whether it’s heritage or walking trails, literary or music trails, or restaurant and distillery trails, there are many opportunities to present existing trails as well as new tours and itineraries using the theme and incorporate it into your marketing.

The theme will enable your clients to journey through Wales's most iconic outdoor, cultural, food and drink destinations and experience UNESCO World Heritage Sites, castles, and much more.

Emphasis is on ALL kinds of trails e.g. Cultural, Creative, Heritage as well as outdoors and the diversity of experiences will be showcased e.g. In Wales you can have a diverse experience during a break – “from Monet to Mynydd (Mountains)” “from Castles to Coast Path” “from World Heritage Sites to Wales Coast Path walking” “from dark skies to dolphin spotting”.

We are encouraging the tourism industry across Wales to embrace the theme and it’ll provide a chance to spotlight our great touring and adventure products, the landscape and nature and provide potential hooks for operator itineraries.
